The Partnership

In April 2022, The Groden Network partnered with Noteable to transition from paper records to a centralized, user-friendly EHR system. Their top priority was moving away from paper records to save clinical staff significant time spent on filling out, searching for, and storing documents.

For their ABA and data collection programs, Groden required a system capable of housing all client information in one centralized location — with automatic graphing of goals, particularly behavior goals. They needed a platform to manage data, client records, and reports across diverse programs without sacrificing ease of use.

Throughout The Groden Network's rollout and over the years since, they've provided invaluable insights that have helped Noteable evolve. From developing an all-inclusive client demographic export to customizing the 837 format for billing processes and integrations, Groden worked closely with the Noteable team to refine features at every turn.

Their feedback on scalable client exports led to the development of a feature allowing partners to pull any keyed information from a client's chart into a customizable CSV file — now widely adopted across the platform. Groden was also an early adopter of Noteable's Parent Portal, and their suggestions helped shape it into the powerful tool available to all partners today.
